Postpartum Support

The weeks and months after birth are a sacred window of healing, bonding, and deep transformation. As your postpartum doula my services are here to gently support you — body, mind, and spirit — as you settle into life with your newborn.

Services include:

~ Mom & baby check in

~ Birth experience integration

~ Infant care / education / prep

~ Light house support (meal prep, grocery pick up, laundry, dishes, pet care)

~ Sibling support

~ Overnight support (available upon request)

$30/hour

20 hour minimum (4-8 hours/day)
