Held through the fourth trimester
Birth reshapes your body, your nervous system, and your identity. I offer tender, mother-led, body centered care based in ancient wisdom for the months after.
Learn moreA space where nothing is required except your presence
A client-led container where you can finally put down what you've been carrying. Here you can rest into feeling and be fully seen in the unfolding.
Learn moreA space to practice and be in community
Twice a month we gather on Zoom: once to breathe, move and feel together, once simply to dance. Day retreats in person throughout the year.

A note once a month — practice call dates, seasonal rituals, and a little something to carry with you.
There is no rush. The body keeps its own time, and it has never once forgotten the way home.
a little bit about me
I am a Los Angeles native of Guatemalan descent, a traditional postpartum care practitioner and a feminine life guide.
Through 10+ years of tending to children, women, and families, it became clear to me that a resourced, connected woman is the beating heart of a flourishing life, family, and community. I noticed a need for consistent presence through a woman's many thresholds of becoming. My role, as both practitioner and guide, is to hold space for just that.
I believe women are not meant to move through life alone. I trust in the ancient wisdoms of women tending to women through all stages of life.
Through this work I create a space for them to reconnect to ther inner knowing and lead their lives from it. I serve the women behind the mother: the ones birthing children, and the ones birthing their ideal life, one moment, one creation at a time.
That belief moves through my work in two forms
Personalized support that may include postpartum cuisine, maternal bodywork, herbal care, newborn tending, and the thoughtful details that let a mother truly rest. My practice draws from Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside postpartum traditions that treat nourishment, rest, warmth, and maternal care as essential to recovery.
Personalized support that includes movement, breath work, desire and pleasure-led play, cathartic embodiment and subtle body practices, and integration. My practice draws from eastern philosophy and spiritual study, psychosomatic knowledge, and cyclical earth wisdom. My guidance should be rooted in safety and consent, and in the resonance of being fully witnessed and held, however you show up.

For most of human history, a new mother was not left alone. She was fed, warmed, oiled, bound, and kept close for forty days.
I carry that way of tending into the homes of the mothers I serve. Warm food on the stove, hands on your body, herbs steeping, the baby held while you sleep.
FOR MOTHERS WHO DESIRE TO HEAL
Your care is thoughtfully tailored to your recovery and may include abhyanga (warm herbal oil massage), moxibustion, belly binding, reiki, or other traditional practices chosen to support circulation, ease muscular tension, encourage warmth, and promote postpartum healing.
Meals are prepared in your home using whole, warming ingredients inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic postpartum traditions. Expect slow-simmered broths, mineral-rich soups, congee, porridges, nourishing snacks, and herbal tonics designed to replenish nutrients, support digestion, and restore strength after birth.
Plants have long been woven into postpartum healing traditions around the world. Your care may include warming herbal compresses, restorative soaking baths, traditional floral baths and steams (when appropriate), each chosen to encourage warmth, relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep recovery after birth.

the fine print, plainly
If you write to me or join the mailing list, I keep your name and email address. If you book a session, my scheduling and intake tools hold what you share there. Nothing more.
I use it to reply to you, to arrange and hold your care, and — if you asked for it — to send a letter about once a month. I do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Every letter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email me and I will remove you, along with anything of yours I hold.
What you share in a session stays between us, with the ordinary exceptions where there is risk of serious harm.
I am a feminine life doula and traditional postpartum care practitioner. This work is not medical care, midwifery, nursing, psychotherapy, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace them. I do not prescribe, treat conditions, or advise you against the care of your medical providers. Please keep your clinicians in the picture, and reach for urgent medical help when you need it.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Session packages are booked as a whole and are non-refundable once we begin, though we can always move dates. Postpartum care is arranged individually, with terms shared in your consultation.
